• We use FedEx Express Saver 3 Day service as our default shipping method for domestic orders. Other FedEx services are available on request at additional cost. UPS Services are also available.
• Orders to APO, FPO, Rural deliveries and international are available via US Mail at an additional cost if FedEx and UPS are unable to deliver to your location.
• Shipping to international locations vary by specific order or location. Contact sales for more information.
• New items are covered by either a manufactures warranty or indicated CCC warranty
• Used/Refurbished items are covered solely by a CCC warranty of 90 days from the time you receive your shipment unless otherwise indicated on a per item basis. See the individual item listing for specific warranty information.
• No other warranties apply, implied or otherwise except what is stated with the product listing or your invoice.
• Returns for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee, we are not responsible for products purchased in error or incompatibilities outside of the stated system requirements.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• An RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained prior to shipment and should also be in plain sight on the outside of the box for faster processing.
